Privacy
Short and honest: we only keep what is needed to make Stipt work.
Who we are
Stipt is a product of Steirk LTD., 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. Send any questions about your data to hallo@stipt.si.
What we keep
- Your name and email address, to create your account and send you emails.
- Your password, only in encrypted form. We cannot read it ourselves.
- The time of your last login.
- For login attempts, your IP address, only as a hash and for one day at most, to curb abuse.
Who can see it
Only you and the people you add to your team can see your data. If something goes wrong, our support team can temporarily access your account to fix it. Each time, we record who did what, and when. Payments are handled by Stripe; your card details never reach us.
Cookies and statistics
Stipt uses one cookie that is always required: the session that keeps you logged in. In the app itself, where your inspections and stores are, we measure nothing and load nothing from third parties.
On the public pages, such as the home page, we ask whether we may measure how visitors use the site. Only if you agree do we load Google Analytics. It records how you found the site and which pages you viewed, and we keep that data for fourteen months at most. We do not use advertising. If you say no, nothing is sent to Google. You can change your choice at any time via Cookies at the bottom of every page.
Our fonts are hosted on our own server, so Google does not see your visit that way either.
How long
For as long as your account exists. You delete your account or your company yourself: your account under Account, your company on your company page. Everything in it is then gone immediately. We only keep invoices, for as long as accounting law requires. Would you rather we did it? Send us an email and we will erase everything within thirty days.
Your rights
You may view your data, have it corrected, take it with you or have it erased. Send us an email and we will do it. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
