The agreement between you and Stipt, in plain language.

Who it is for

Stipt is software for businesses: stores, petrol stations, franchise networks and other companies. You take out a paid plan in the name of your business. If your business is established in the EU, you need a valid VAT number; we check it in VIES. We do not sell subscriptions to consumers.

Your account

Your account is personal. Do not share your password: invite your colleagues, and each of them gets their own login. Whatever happens under your account is your responsibility.

Your data stays yours

Inspections, photos and reports belong to you. We only use them to make Stipt work for you. If there is a problem, our support team can access your account to fix it; this is recorded every time. Data about your stores and staff is never visible to other customers.

Plans and payment

The free plan stays free as long as you stay within its limits. Paid plans run monthly or yearly. You pay in advance through Stripe; extra users and plan changes are prorated on the next invoice. Prices exclude VAT. Within the EU the reverse charge applies: your invoice shows no VAT and your business accounts for it itself.

Cancelling

You can stop whenever you like. Your plan runs until the end of the paid period and then moves to Free; your data stays. You can always download your reports.

Availability

We do our best to keep Stipt available at all times, but maintenance or an outage can happen. We announce major interruptions in advance.
