How much does a store audit app cost?
It mainly depends on how many stores you have and how many people carry out inspections. Here you can see exactly how that works with Stipt.
Short answer
With Stipt, one store is free for as long as you like. For more stores you pay €29 a month (up to 10 stores, 3 users included) or €89 a month (up to 50 stores, 10 users included), excluding VAT. Paying yearly, you pay for ten months. Larger networks get a custom price.
What does the price depend on?
- The number of stores you inspect. That decides which plan you need.
- The number of people who log in. Every plan includes users; an extra user costs €8 a month on Basic and €10 on Pro.
- What you need: reports per town and region, working without signal and a signature are included from Pro.
- Whether you pay monthly or yearly. Paying yearly gets you two months free.

What does it cost not to do it?
A paper inspection mainly costs time: typing it up, sending photos around and chasing what still had to be done. Work out how many hours a week you spend on that, and multiply by what an hour of your time or your area manager's is worth. Add what a missed fault costs, such as a fridge that stays too warm.

Is there a free version?
Yes. The free plan gives you one store, one checklist, 2 users and 10 inspections per month, with no end date and no payment card.
Do the prices include VAT?
No, all prices exclude VAT. Stipt is for businesses only: within the EU the reverse charge applies, so your invoice shows no VAT and your business accounts for it itself.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. Your plan runs until the end of what you paid for: the month, or the year if you pay yearly.
