For chains
Twenty stores, one way of inspecting
Every area manager has their own list and their own spreadsheet. That way you are comparing apples with oranges.
The same standard in every store
In a chain you want to know whether stores follow the agreed standards, and which store needs help. That only works if everyone inspects with the same questions and the same standards. In Stipt you build the checklist once, and it applies to all stores or only to the stores you choose.
See what is going on, not just the score
An average score says little. Stipt puts every store as a row and every question as a column, side by side. If the same question is red in several stores, you see a pattern: missing training, a supplier who is late, an agreement that isn't clear.
Roles for everyone in the chain
- The owner and admins see all stores and manage checklists and the team.
- An inspector carries out inspections in the stores assigned to them.
- The store or branch manager sees the results and action items for their own store.
- You group stores by region, and create reports per store, town or region.
For large chains, several brands or a link with your own systems there is the Custom plan, with your own branding in the app and on the reports.
Frequently asked
Can franchisees see only their own store?
Yes. You link each team member to the stores they belong to; that person does not see any other stores.
Can we use our own branding?
With the Custom plan your own colour and logo appear in the app and on the PDF reports, without Stipt on them.
