How is a store doing over time? The store report shows the scores for the past month, quarter or year in a chart, the questions that were red most often, and the action items still open.
Per town or region, for head office
The network report puts all your stores side by side: the average score, which stores fall below the standard, and which questions go wrong in several stores. Group stores into regions and you can create a report per region.
