For petrol stations
Every station, every week, the same inspection
Stipt began with an operator of petrol stations. The inspections were on paper, and nobody knew any more which fridge was broken.
The problem with paper
If you run several stations, you drive around with a folder. The same round in every station, on the same form, and in the evening everything typed up for the overview. A photo of a broken air pump sits on your phone, the email to the engineer goes out the next day, and you only find out whether it was fixed at the next round.
What Stipt does differently
- One checklist for all your stations, covering the forecourt, the shop, the chillers and safety.
- Temperatures as measurements with a limit: a fridge that is too warm turns the inspection red straight away.
- Anything not in order becomes an action item for the right person, with a deadline.
- For each question you see across all your stations where things go wrong, such as the price signs in three stations.
- From the Pro plan it also works at the pumps or in the cellar, without signal.
For the station manager and whoever oversees them
The station manager sees their own station and their action items. The area manager sees every station in their region, and head office gets a report per town or region as a PDF, with the company logo on it. Each team member only sees the stores they belong to.
Start with the example list for petrol stations: it contains the questions that always come up in practice.
Frequently asked
Can I use Stipt if I only have one station?
Yes, and then it can be free: one store, one checklist, 2 users and 10 inspections per month. For PDF reports you need the Basic plan.
Do my staff need to install an app?
No. Stipt works in the browser on their phone. They can add it to their home screen, and then it feels like an app.
