Follow-up
What wasn't in order doesn't get left behind
An inspection is only done when the problem is fixed. That is where paper most often fails.
From red dot to action item
For each question in your checklist you decide in advance what needs to happen if it is not in order, and within how many days. "Fridge temperature too high" then becomes "call the engineer, by tomorrow" straight away. When you finish the inspection, those action items are ready, with the measurement and the photo attached.
Someone is responsible
An action item goes to a person: the store manager, or whoever you choose. They get an email, and a reminder the day before the deadline. If it is overdue, a reminder follows every three days until it is fixed.
Tick it off with proof
- When ticking it off, you write what was done and add a photo as proof.
- Every action item has a timeline: who got it, comments, deadlines and when it was done.
- You filter on what is overdue, what is yours, by store or by town.
- You can also create an action item without an inspection, for example after a phone call.
Frequently asked

Yes, the owner and admins can change the deadline and the owner of the item; it is recorded in the timeline.
Can someone turn off the reminders?
Yes, everyone chooses in their account which emails they get, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
